Harris Wheat

A soft white wheat that can be hard to grow and therefore find in the Northeast. We got our guys in NY that love to grow this and have been for decades, making it a heirloom varietal.

Uses: A winter wheat that delivers high extraction and a subtle nutty, sweet nougat flavor. Used in wheat beer styles as well as IPA's to create foam and increase gravity.
