What makes your farm special?: I learned how to run a farm and a business at my grandfather's knee. I wouldn't be the person I am today if it wasn't for the time I spent with my grandfather. We're trying to do a better job every year, so by the time I retire, I should know something.

Some of the land we own on Cemetery Road is part of the Cultural Landscape of Hadley, included on the World Monuments Watch list. When the land was settled in the 1660's the farmland was laid out in narrow strips, and it has never been developed.

Favorite beer: Free beer is my favorite kind! Wormtown Brewery brings us generous amounts of free beer in the fall because we raise the pumpkins for their October seasonal beer.
